    We offer affordable and competitive rates as we shop our local competition monthly. Our rates? vary depending on location, size and whether you choose climate or non-climate control. For specific rates, contact the location nearest you by entering your zip code on the Home Page or drop by and let one of our storage experts assist you. Our professional and courteous staff will be glad to determine your needs and answer your questions as well as help you select the most economic storage unit to suit your needs.

    Our hours of operation vary by location and you will need to contact the location nearest you for details. Typically, our sites maintain office hours and have separate hours for gate access. For most locations, our business customers are given extended access.
  3. What is the difference between gate hours and office hours? Back to Top
    Gate hours are when you can access the property. Office hours are hours the office is open and staffed to rent units, receive payments and assist you with any questions you may have. If you need access past the standard gate access hours, please speak to our storage expert.
  4. What type of payment do you accept? Back to Top
    We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery or American Express.
  5. Do you have any alternative payment options? Back to Top
    You can elect to sign up for auto-draft where your payments are automatically deducted from your account on a set day of the month or choose to pay online by logging in through the account login on the Home Page.
  6. What is the rental commitment? Back to Top
    Our leases are month-to-month leases, allowing you the flexibility to commit to only the length of time that you need.
  7. What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit? Back to Top
    You will need to bring with you a current, valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture to lease a unit. On vehicle storage (Boat/RV/car/motorcycle), current registration in the customer’s name is required.
  8. Is there anything else that is required of me before renting? Back to Top
    We do require you to have a lock with you at the time of rental. If you do not have a lock, we can offer you one for purchase at the time of rental.
  9. Do I need Customer Goods Protection? Back to Top
    You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy carefully to ensure there is coverage off site from your residence); however, we strongly suggest Customer Goods protection as a supplement or as your sole protection. Please ask our storage expert for details. GOODS PROTECTION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT.

    Most of our facilities offer gated access with electronic code entry and video surveillance monitoring. Be sure to ask our professional staff for details when you call.
  11. What does “on-site” resident manager mean? Back to Top
    On-site or resident manager means that an employee, usually the Store Manager, lives in an apartment on the site for added security and to act as a deterrent.

    Nearly all of our sites that have inside units have flatbed carts available for your use free of charge.

    All of our facilities have a variety of boxes, tape, protective packing supplies to aid in securing your valuables.     Climate control maintains the temperature in your storage unit between 55 and 85 degrees. This feature may cost minimally more; however, will reduce the impact of high humidity or extreme temperature fluctuations.
  16. What sizes are available and how do I pick the correct size? Back to Top
    We offer a wide variety of sizes to accommodate your needs. Our units typically range from 5x5 (25 sq. ft.) to 10x30 (300 sq. ft.). Some facilities have even larger units. You can estimate the size you need now by clicking on our storage calculator or by contacting one of our storage experts , who can determine your needs based on answering a few questions.

    While we don’t staff movers, we do have contacts with companies who provide excellent services in your area. Feel free to call the location nearest you for a recommendation. We make no warranty, implied or real, regarding this 3rd party service.

    Many of our facilities offer rental trucks and some even offer a free courtesy truck for use during move-in. We recommend calling the location nearest you to see if this service is available and ask for details.
  19. Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking or storage? Back to Top
    Many of our locations offer outdoor parking for RV's, boats, cars and motorcycles; however, you will need to call your nearest location for availability and details. In addition, some of our locations offer inside vehicle storage as well. Remember to bring the vehicle registration in the tenant’s name as well as a copy of the insurance and a valid driver’s license or military picture ID.
  20. Can anybody drive onto the property or do you need a PIN number? Back to Top
    Only current customers are able to enter our properties with a personalized, PIN number that must be entered at the gate entrance.
